Shipping, Cancellation and Refund Policy
Shipping and Cancellation:
We strive to deliver products purchased from Vyoma Labs’ in excellent condition and within 1-week time.
For all purchases a shipping charge of around Rs. 200 will be applicable. (Charges may vary depending on location)
You can cancel an order until it has been processed by calling us at our customer care numbers provided in the contact us page. This includes items purchased on sale. Cancellation should be done within 24 hours of placing the order.
For Cancellations as above, any amount you paid will be credited back into your account in the form of Cash back excluding processing fee within 1-week time. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
For the E-Learning Portals, any dissatisfied customer can opt for cancellation, which will be handled on a case to case policy. Refund for the same will also be decided after speaking with the customer.

All queries and complaints will be answered within Three Working Days after receiving the email.
You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
